Peer mentor counselors staff our summer camps. They are youth that have decided to learn the principles and values of TLC TNT, and are now prepared to carry these values into their roles as leaders.
These youth, ranging in age from 14-28 (junior and senior counselors), assist in all aspects of the program, including:
Leadership development across all ages is a critical component of the TLC TNT program. Many peer mentors are first generation high school graduates. These high school students are tutored year-round by college peer mentors to support staying on track. Read some of their stories here.

Preparing youth for each chapter in life is a major component of TLC TNT, as we strive to aide in eliminating barriers towards academic success.
